FEBRUARY 22 HELPING TEENS

How to blend compassion and effectiveness with a population that may or may not want our help.

This workshop is for therapists, school counselors and other helping professionals who want to gain new ideas, skills and perspectives in the work they do with adolescents.

This will be a great way to connect with other helping professionals through an experience that will be honest, engaging and fun. You can also expect to gain new and relevant applications to use with clients in your office.

Howard and Yshai are therapists in private practice with a combined four decades of experience working with adolescents and families.

How do we help teens engage in therapy?

How can we apply harm reduction strategies to help teens make better choices about chemical use?

What is the impact of technology and how do we address it?

How and when can we engage families in therapy?
